Remote in USA



Perform Major Incident Management .

2. Resources to handle the P1/P2 tickets

3. Resources who are able to articulate the issue, Understand the Biz Impact, Initiate the Technical Bridge.

4. Identify the right people from technical team and get them on the bridge to resolve the issue

5. Get the client Major Incident manager on the bridge

6. Document the issue

7. Send communications on the issue to stakeholders

8. Document the Technical impact

9. Track issue to closure

10. On weekends and when client Managers are not available function as a Major Incident manager

11. ITIL certification is preferred

12. 3-5 years of experience.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
