difference. Join us!Job Description:Investment Solutions Group
(ISG) provides access to a comprehensive wealth management platform
that can help clients easily identify and prioritize goals, create
a plan and a personalized strategy. Through a highly effective
investment process, the organization provides investment solutions
across all product platforms and asset classes through a
comprehensive due diligence and oversight process for client
portfolios. It also coordinates the investment strategy for wealth
management advisors and clients, harmonizing and distilling market
themes, identifying trends and supporting our client-focused
investing approach.This role will report to the ISG Business
Governance and Enablement Executive and will be responsible to
support the Head of ISG with executive briefings, staff planning
and certain cross ISG initiatives . Responsibilities include: Leads
the support/administrative functions for a somewhat large
department usually at a local level. Responsibilities may include
budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis,
identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate
training, service quality, process improvement. Resolves personnel,
audit and/or budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual
problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides
interpretation to department. Requires an in-depth knowledge of
bank policies and programs and of the departments functional
operations. May direct workflow activities.Responsibilities
include: --- Collaborate with staff across the organization on
business enablement special projects and initiatives--- Prepare and
manage executive-level reports, talking points, presentations and
agendas--- Support executive briefings and board related
meetings--- Maintains prioritized action plans for the Head of ISG,
pending deliverables, while addressing appropriate items
themselves--- Prepares Head of ISG for and follows up on internal
and external meetings. When needed, participates directly in
meetings and follows up with the relevant parties--- Coordinate
internal executive ISG communications, employee engagement, ISG
leadership meetings and ISG staff events--- Acts as trusted advisor
to the head of ISG providing insights and
recommendationsQualifications:--- 8+ years of financial industry
experience --- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Experience/knowledge of wealth management organization and
business--- Well-developed business judgment and experience---
Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to
prioritize work in alignment with organization strategic goals---
Excellent project management abilities, including creating
timelines and reports--- Operates with a high level of integrity.
Knows what information is sensitive and maintains discretion and

informationPay range$92,700.00 - $169,400.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are

individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and
contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the
