Job Description Citi Securities Services is seeking a Business Management Vice President to join their Business Execution and Management Office. This individual will support the day-to-day planning and execution of business management and productivity deliverables and have direct involvement in executing initiatives that: - Elevate employee connectivity and engagement - Build Securities Services brand and credibility - Present insights and visibility to senior leadership The Business Management Vice President will work closely with the Securities Services' Business Execution and Management Office. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, be a critical and creative thinker, have an acute eye for detail and possesses a strong bias for action and willingness to jump in and get things done. Responsibilities: - Be a part of the Business Management team that centrally provides business management coverage for Securities Services - Business management that includes, but not limited to, headcount tracking, budget, expense management, senior management presentations, and business analytics - Broad range of daily assignments and long-term projects - Partner with key stakeholders across the business and functions - Present work by synthesizing key findings and recommendations into clear and succinct presentations for senior leadership - Ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency of communications, reflecting strategic messaging and broader firm objectives with consideration to compliance - Assist on ad hoc priority business management deliverables as needed Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience with financial products and services - Bachelor's degree - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Business Strategy, Management & Administration ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Business Administration ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $142,320.00 - $213,480.00 In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
