Job Description:

Floor Manager Job Description: Leads restaurant team to provide engaging service of quality food and beverage to guests in a clean and comfortable environment. Assists GM in team development, training, and overall restaurant success.Key Responsibilities:

• Performs managerial duties, ensuring quality control and high service standards.
• Assists in staff training, policy enforcement, performance management, and team building.
• Maintains a safe, healthy, and secure facility by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
• Acts as a strong leader, motivating team members to meet objectives.
• Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote company culture and brand standards.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible restaurant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.Physical Requirements:
    • Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
    • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 9 hours.Availability Requirements:
      • Must have flexible availability for scheduling.
      • Must be available for both opening and closing shifts.Benefits:
