Job Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing staff, and contributing to the hotel's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support:

• Assist the General Manager in the daily management of hotel operations.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure efficient workflow and service quality.
• Guest Relations:
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and surveys.
  • Staff Management:
    • Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating hotel staff.
    • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and staff development.
    • Financial Oversight:
      • Help prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
      • Monitor expenses and assist in identifying areas for cost reduction.
      • Compliance and Standards:
        • Ensure the hotel adheres to health, safety, and quality standards.
        • Assist in implementing policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
        • Reporting:
          • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for the General Manager.
          • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications:
            • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
            • Previous experience in hotel management, front desk or a similar role preferred.
            • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
            • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
            • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Working Conditions:
