Job Description:
Lead the team to achieve operational goals, model positive

- Work with the General Manager to achieve operational
goals.
- Model positive leadership behaviors for the team.
- Actively engage and contribute to the weekly manager
meeting.
- Provide feedback to all team members using an "If you see
something, say something" approach.
- Participate in service and day-to-day operations.Ensure
excellent guest engagement by actively working the floor,
monitoring atmosphere, and delivering on Mission Ceviche service
standards.
- Maintain awareness of the atmosphere in the restaurant and
adjust it throughout the day.
- Deliver food, beverage, service, and hospitality that aligns
with Mission Ceviche values.
- Lead the restaurant team to deliver a great guest experience
and build lifelong repeat guests.Operate with business acumen and
compliance, managing prime costs, staffing levels, and systems to
achieve excellence in operations and take care of the bottom line.
- Manage prime costs with an eye on daily, weekly, monthly, and
annual projections and budgets.
- Work with the General Manager on correct staffing levels,
schedules, and systems.
- Lead the daily critical line checks and support the BOH to
deliver excellent service.
- Ensure HR practices are consistent with Mission Ceviche values
and compliant with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Lead a best-in-class approach to cleanliness, safety,
sanitation, and food safety.Exhibit mastery of all Mission Ceviche
operational systems, including training and delegation to direct
reports. Ensure operational and training standards are consistently
followed and executed.

50 lbs.
- Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, ascend or descend stairs
and be on feet for extended periods of time.Requirements include 3
years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, a
Bachelor's Degree, and NYC DOH certification.
- 3 years in a leadership position overseeing a full-service
restaurant.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- NYC DOH certification required.
