Senior Nightlife Operations Manager

Job Description:

Midnights Bar is seeking a seasoned Weekend Shift Manager to lead our late night service on Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess a strong presence, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build trust with our team. A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume nightlife is required, along with knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and draft beverage maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of bar and support staff during late night service
Ensure excellent customer service and a safe environment
Maintain knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and draft beverage systemsRequirements:
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume nightlife
- Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and draft beverage maintenance
- Food Handler's license and TIPS certification
