This position offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to transition from a bar or beverage manager position to a general management role, overseeing all daily operations.The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, able to motivate, hire, and train staff. They will collaborate closely with the owners, chef, and directors, and be involved in all aspects of daily service, ensuring excellent guest service and consistency with food and beverage offerings. Administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a sense of urgency, are paramount.Key responsibilities include:

• Enforcing core values and standards every shift
• Upholding cleanliness standards
• Managing in-house daily accounting, cash handling, and bank runs
• Carrying out training of FOH employees to ensure development of customer service skills, company philosophy, menu knowledge, and point of sale knowledge
• Serving Safe and Ramp Certified
• Recording keeping and administrative requirements, including financial records, employee files, and correspondence
