Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Position Control to
oversee workforce management processes and support departmental
needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the weekly position control process and collaborate with
department managers
Track open requisitions and prepare reports for the Hospital
Finance Review Committee
Provide analytical support and assist in the training and
development of Position Control initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; finance or healthcare degree
preferred
3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment in an analyst
or human resource role
Experience with clinical and non-clinical operations preferred
Familiarity with data analysis and project management preferred
Experience with Workday is a plus
