Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Radar (Fraud
Intelligence).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to solve payment fraud and risk challenges
Drive the roadmap and priorities for the team while collaborating
across the company
Recruit, coach, and develop engineers to ensure high
performance
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of engineering management experience and 10 years
of overall industry experience
Experience leading high-complexity teams on multiple high-impact
areas
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in large-scale
technical problem solving
Experience working with enterprise SaaS customers
Experience in building technology solutions for fraud or
adversarial challenges
