seeking a highly specialized Senior Manager of AI Solution Design
to join our AI/MarTech team. This individual will bring a unique
blend of skills and experience in AI design, data science,
analytics, and product management all within the context of
large-scale enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will possess
a deep understanding of the traditional software development
lifecycle, advanced data science principles, and enterprise
architecture, particularly in scaling AI operations and
transforming traditional business intelligence into
operationalized, data-driven insights. This role demands a proven
track record of successful projects at scale within large telecom
companies, demonstrating the ability to integrate these complex
skill sets to drive innovation and achieve business goals.Job
DescriptionCore Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of
AI-centered solutions that operationalize business intelligence and
machine learning models at scale, ensuring alignment with
enterprise goals and maximizing KPIs across all customer
interaction channels.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering
teams and other key partners to gather and refine requirements,
ensuring that AI solutions meet business needs and technical
standards.
- Develop and refine user stories, create architectural diagrams,
data flow diagrams, API contracts, and other documentation to
clearly communicate the design and functionality of AI
solutions.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis, build vs. buy assessments, and
statement of work management to ensure optimal resource allocation
and project execution.
- Manage multiple high-visibility, multi-million-dollar projects
simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and
alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform quality checks on decisioning tactics to ensure they
meet performance expectations and contribute to overall business
success.
- Spearhead the creation of scalable real-time feedback loops,
platforms for customer journey analytics, and automated
communication solutions, driving significant efficiency
improvements and enhancing customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes through
automation, system integration, and the application of advanced AI
techniques to reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and accelerate
time to market.
- Mentor and lead teams in best practices for AI solution design,
fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Lead discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to
understand data and analysis needs and develop technical
requirements.
- Advise on the relevancy of data and identifies alternative data
sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business
stakeholders can be completed.
- Oversee analyzation of large, complex data to determine
actionable business insights using self-service analytics and
reporting tools.
- Team queries disparate big data platforms such as Teradata, SQL
Server, Hadoop, and AWS.
- Team combines data as needed from disparate data sources to
complete analysis.
- Lead identification of key business drivers and insights by
conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Oversee development of forecasting models to predict sales,
demand and other key business metrics.
- Review analysis of the results of campaigns, offers or
initiatives to measure their effectiveness and identify
opportunities for improvement.
- Review and communicate findings clearly and concisely through
narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to
Company executives and decisionmakers.
- Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data driven
discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge
sharing, and teamwork.
- Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and
machine learning and apply them to business challenges.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in
matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to
work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
