Reports to: Technician Manager

FLSA Status: Full time, non-exempt

Responsibilities

Travel within New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland
Company expenses incurred for travel are reimbursable.
Working with client facilities teams to maintain equipment.
Maintain relationships with client teams so they know their patients/tenants have the best water disinfection & service crew on the market.
Draw water samples for lab testing and maintain accurate chain-of-custody to make sure their water is bacteria free.



Requirements

A vehicle for travel
Reliable, flexible, and punctual.
Knowledge or experience with plumbing systems (specific licensing not required)
Experience working with your hands and hand tools in construction or maintenance capacity.
Able to work in a mechanical room (noisy and sometimes warm environment)
The ability to work quickly and confidently with little to no mistakes.
Honesty, integrity, and the ability to pass rigorous background checks required by our clients.
Ability to communicate in person, over phone, and in email and instant messaging to colleagues and customers.
Preferred, not required: Customer service experience.
Preferred, not required: Prior maintenance, construction or plumbing training.

Physical demands

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use hand tools.
Ability to travel/work on feet for 8 hours a day.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct reports.
