Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Open
Source Software (OSS) group.
Key Responsibilities
Manage small teams of OSS developers
Communicate project plans and progress to other teams
Engage with the Python and PyData open source community
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in an Engineering role
3+ years of experience with OSS development
2+ years of experience in Engineering Management or team
leadership
Proficiency with Python and PyData packages, like NumPy and
Pandas
Empathy for the needs of OSS users and contributors
