Job Description:
A company is looking for a Zero Trust Escalation Engineer to
address technical issues in their Zero Trust offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Address technical issues in various layers of the Zero Trust
offering
Collaborate with multiple teams to triage, reproduce, and determine
root causes of complex problems
Enhance operational efficiency by developing tooling, writing
documentation, and refining processes
Required Qualifications
Depth of knowledge in Zero Trust product portfolio and customer use
cases
Experience with network-related software and Internet technologies
(L4 to L7)
Familiarity with man-in-the-middle TLS terminating proxies
Experience analyzing network data captures for troubleshooting
Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Rust, or Go
