Job Description:

DMG Investments seeks a full-time Real Estate Associate to work at its office in New York, NY. Candidate must have at least a Master's degree in Real Estate Development or Finance, with 12 months of prior Real Estate Analyst or Financial Analyst or Acquisition Analyst or Development Analyst experience.

Candidate duties will include:

Analyze the financial performance and debt covenant compliance of each project to assess budget setting, exit strategies, and recapitalization options; Refinance debt, structure debt, and raise new equity for the existing and future projects, as well as the company fund.
Advise investors and partners on project capitalization, including the optimal amount, sources, and timing, to align with their investment criteria.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with investors and lenders; Analyze the operational performance of each project to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the in-house asset management team and on-site management company.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members to ensure team efficiency and enhance their skills and professional development.


Candidate must possess at least 12 months of experience in each of the following: using Google Sheets, CoStar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail and Google Workspace; securing Building, Health, and Fire permits; and managing the subcontractors and coordinating project meetings.


Salary: $146,141-147,000.
