Description:Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial
Analyst Global Functions Finance, to join the team in New
Brunswick, NJ.The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial
leadership to the Global Finance Function. This high exposure role
will partner across various levels of the Finance Organization. The
Senior Financial Analyst will manage forecast updates, latest
thinking and closing activities. This individual will apply their
strong analytical skills to develop insights required to add value
to the organization. In addition, this individual will have the
opportunity to present to Senior Finance Management. This position
requires a highly motivated individual with strong business
partnering skills, ability to navigate and manage complexity and
proven leadership capabilities.Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership, guidance and support for various
Global Finance Leaders within the Global Functions
Organization
- Prepare and present forecast update presentations to senior
leaders, using executive framing to shape key messages
- Provide business-partner and decision support to the CFOs and
their Leadership Teams during forecast cycles, quarterly updates
and ad-hoc projects
- Lead and drive planning and quarterly closing activities for
expense and headcount
- Utilize Financial systems (TM1, BRAVO) and data visualization
tools (Tableau) for Financial Planning and Reporting.
- Support Global Finance team as needed with consolidation &
reporting of Global Finance results
- Analyze, interpret and translate complex data into valuable
insights
- Identify innovative solutions to improve processes and develop
key analytics to help drive informed business decisions
- Support continuous improvement activities for standardization,
simplification and automation
- Understand the purpose and intended end-state vision of the
aligned roadmap for our Corporate Functional Transformation project
while actively embracing and supporting the change
- Provide leadership with support on ad hoc requests/ projects
for Global Finance
- Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's, and internal policies and
proceduresQualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with a major in
Accounting or Finance preferred.
- A CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications are
preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or relevant
business experience is required
- Strong financial systems experience (TM1, data
visualization/analysis tools), and MS Office preferred with
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Candidate must possess strong communication, presentation,
interpersonal, influencing skills, independent thinking, leadership
abilities including mastering complexity and
planning/prioritization
- Ability to partner at all organizational levels, operate with a
high degree of independence and have the proven ability to lead and
collaborateThis role will be located in New Brunswick NJ with

this position is :$77,000- $124,200Additional Description for Pay
Transparency:The Company maintains highly competitive,
performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines,
this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in
accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual
performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive
to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and
the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual
basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to
participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit
programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and
long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal
insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the
Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan
(401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's
long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the
following time off benefits: Vacation - up to 120 hours per
calendar year Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for
employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours
per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to
