10-week Summer Associate Internship Program, beginning in June
2025, you will gain a basic understanding of the Investment Banking
business through immersive training, participating in an array of

world supported by two pillars: practice and teamwork.The 2025
Summer Associate Program is for Master of Business Administration
(MBA) students with an expected graduation date of May/June
2026.Based in New York (NY), Los Angeles (CA), or San Francisco
(CA), you will become part of an international business working
with teams across different geographies.
- The base pay range for this position is $175,000 annually,
pro-rated for the duration of the summer. The exact compensation
may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and
certifications and location.Before applying, please keep in mind

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) students with an
expected graduation date of May/June 2026.
- 3+ years of prior work experience.
- Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed
expectations.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their

- Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts
and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting
professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all
levels.
