As the Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, providing insights that drive decision-making and support business objectives.Client DetailsOur client is a manufacturing firm based in Lancaster, PA.Description

• Manage accounting personnel and activities
• Preparing/evaluating reports to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.
• Make financial suggestions based on report analysis in regard to expenditures, savings, cost-cutting, reserves, etc.
• Assisting in auditing and taxation processes of the company.
• Budget preparation
• Present reports/review financial performance with other departments
• Assist with acquisition review and integrationProfile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
